Incombustible reinforced concrete
masonry walls and floors to provide as fire safe a
building as possible. Concrete also provides a good
sound deadening.
Emergency pull cords in every apartment
bedroom and bath. In case of illness, and/or other emergency, the
pull cord activates an alarm and identification light in the main
office during weekday work hours, and with Night Security Personnel
before and after hours, weekends and holidays.
Residents are welcome to invite guests for meals at Clark Fork
Riverside. Tickets are available in the office which can be purchased
ahead of time and turned in at the meal. Prices of dinner and lunch are
available at the office.
Residents may have over-night guests in their apartments. Visitors are
limited to two-week visits unless other written arrangements are made.
A Security Deposit is required in advance and is equal
to one month’s rent.
Monthly rental payments are due between the 1st and the
10th of
the month, and are considered late after the 11th of the
month.
All rents paid after the 10th are subject to a $5.00
late charge
A 30-day written notice of intent to vacate is required
by all tenants.
There will be a monthly charge for this optional service.
